Program Director

Your Job
The role of Program Director is a new position at Ibeos. Ibeos has multiple programs with an array of
customers: from commercial development programs to product builds for the US Government. Job
responsibilities will include managing current projects and customers, with the goal of on-time and on-
budget delivery. The Program Director will be asked to provide guidance on standardization of internal
processes; management and planning for design upgrades to current products; and marketing and
business development strategy. This position has significant autonomy and is expected to provide
recommendations on company R&D, strategic direction, and capital expenditures.
Desired Skills and Experience
Ibeos is interested in individuals with skills in one or more of the following areas:
Satellite or launch vehicle design, manufacture, business development, or integration and test; or
electronics components design, manufacture, business development, or test for high-reliability
applications. Experience in multiple areas is a plus
Experience managing budgets and schedules for development and/or production programs
Experience managing a team of people
Knowledge and/or experience with 5S
Experience designing products for operation in space or radiation environments is a plus
>10 years of experience in the space or high-reliability industry, with experience in manufacture and test,
and management is a plus.
