A small, dynamic biotech company is seeking an Office Associate / Product Manager to join our team of professionals in North Scottsdale, Arizona.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, emails. Should able to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients. You must also have excellent attention to details. Must also have proficient skills in typing, multi-tasking. Having Quick Books experience is a plus!!!
Responsibility will include:

Assisting the office manager in orders entering into QB (after training)
- Orders processing (small packages, packing, and shipping)
- Monitoring our finished products inventory
- Management of accounts
- Ordering and maintaining lab/office supplies
- Perform routing duties associated with office work
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
- Experience with QB is a plus
