Local, Sterling-based residential landscape Company seeks a Landscape Project Manager.
Qualified Residential Landscape Project Manager candidates will have a minimum of four years’ relevant experience managing landscape projects and possess a valid VA driver’s license with a clean DMV record. Preference will be given to applicants who possess a conversational proficiency in Spanish in order to effectively lead/manage the crew.
The residential landscape project manager’s primary roles include:
– Execution (through crew management from site prep to design completion) of construction and planting jobs
– Client relationship management (answering questions, providing updates, handling payment collection)
– Crew training and safety compliance
– Budget management

– Fluency in reading landscape contracts and plans to devise execution strategy (including work process for crew and determination of materials/supplies/tools/equipment required)

The position of residential landscape project manager earns a salary range of $55K – $90K based on the applicant’s experience and knowledge plus performance-based incentives and full benefits (i.e., health insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, continuing professional education, etc.).
