    The Director of Information Systems is responsible for managing all company technology infrastructure and departments.

    Job Description:

    The job will include, but not be limited to:

    Ability to manage all areas of Information Technology (Development, Network, Security, Voice, etc.)

    Basic understanding of Java, Python, SQL, and VisualBasic development and scripting languages such as PowerShell and BASH

    Perform various project requests for various departments

    Understanding of scalable network infrastructure and security (VLANs, Switching & Routing, Firewalls, etc.)

    Meet with department heads to determine technology needs for the organization and orchestrate solutions

    Provide budgetary forecasting and analysis for departmental needs

    Assist in resolving administrative and operation problems

    Provides information by answering questions and requests

    Minimum Requirements:

    BS- Computer Information Systems degree or equivalent

    A minimum of two to three years of experience with primary responsibility

    Requires experience in MS SQL, MySQL, and IBM DB2 database schemas

    Read and writing Structure Query Language (SQL), Java, JavaScript, php3, HTML5, python and C++ strongly preferred

    Experience with various network infrastructures and scalability

    Familiarity with Cisco Call Manager and Unity

    Experience in project coordination, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

    Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.

    Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook

    Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills

    Strong and professional communication skills (written and oral) in English

    Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment

    Ability to manage and complete multiple responsibilities within established timeframes.

    Experience with Android Studio, Eclipse, and other IDE platforms preferred

    Physical Requirements/Work Environment

    No unusual physical requirement and nearly all work are performed in a comfortable indoor facility.

    Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands, standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

    Routine deadlines; usually sufficient lead time; variance in work volume seasonal and predictable; priorities can be anticipated; some interruptions are present; travel or other inconveniences have advance notice; involves occasional exposure to demands and pressures from persons other than immediate supervisor.
