The Head of the School is responsible for promoting the Montessori educational philosophy and ideals, while insuring that the schoolâs mission, vision and goals are effectively implemented. The Head of School leads the school both internally and externally, and oversees the day-to-day operations, working collaboratively with the Board of Directors, staff, students, families, alumni and greater community. Able to travel as needed basis and support the operations.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors/Associate Degree in science or arts with AMI/AMS in early childhood education. 3 to 5 years of experience as Head of the School in a Montessori setting.
