Fitness General Manager

Dynamic, explosive growing privately held health club chain is seeking a GM in our Denville area location. This candidate must have experience, passion for fitness, and the ability to manage and drive sales. A related degree in exercise science is a plus

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION NECESSITIES

• Proven commodity in creating a sales focused environment
• Proven 5 star customer service skills
• Ability to interface, motivate and coordinate multiple departments and report back to the ownership
• Knowledge of excel/word and general computing skills
• Must have worked in a health club environment for a min. of 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Fluence in 2nd language a plus

Starting Base Salary is $40,000- $55,000 per year plus an extremely aggressive Commission and Bonus structure. You can earn anywhere from 65k -90k per year. Please review our questions and respond to the below:
