Job Description:
Big Sky Collision Center is looking for an enthusiastic customer driven applicant to take on the roll as an estimator and office manager.
Experience:
- Relevant: 3 years (Preferred)
- Auto Body Repair: 3 years mininum
- Estimating: 3 year (Preferred)
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Inspecting damaged vehicles to create a repair plan.
- Writing estimate and submitting all insurance claims.
- Builds relationships with vehicle owners, repair technicians, and insurance personnel to negotiate costs and sell work.
- Maintains contact and excellent communication with customers during the entire repair process.
- Works to address all customer concerns are remedied
- Ensures complete satisfaction when repairs are complete
- Sustaining a clean AR report
- Overseeing and supervision of each repair job from beginning to end

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
