    Director of TPA Services

    ACG seeks a leader with experience to oversee daily operations of TPA division. This position includes include all aspects of client relationship management, compliance quality control and team leadership. You will lead the team in maintaining service standards and an environment that promotes achievement and professional growth.

    Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s degree

    · Minimum 10 years of experience in producing TPA environment

    · Minimum 3 years of management experience

    · Maintain in-depth knowledge of the retirement plan industry in order to better facilitate product growth and react to industry changes proactively

    · ASPPA credentials (QKA, QPA, CPC)

    · Top-level relationship management and consulting skills

    · Experience with ftwilliam (Documents, government forms and Administration)

    · Experience with Relius Administration

    · Experience with SalesForce or other CRM

    · Superior project management skills

    · Excellent collaboration skills

    · Experience with Pension Pro preferred

    Responsibilities

    · Oversee daily operation of the TPA division

    · Manage staff of 5

    · Understand Retirement Plans and provide leadership and guidance to the department, necessary to administer the Retirement Plans successfully

    · Support staff in developing and managing project plans across departments and service providers

    · Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to internal partners as well as clients

    · Relationship Management for TPA only clients

    · Produce new plan proposals including plan design and feasibility studies

    · Handle day-to-day inquiries from plan sponsors, recordkeepers and other industry partners that have been escalated

    · Assist in researching and handling plan sponsor compliance issues

    · Demonstrate effective management of resources to ensure profitability

    · Assist with marketing efforts

    · Assist with trade shows and other community events in an effort to build new relationships

    · Contribute 4-8 written pieces annually for ACG blog

    · Budgeting and forecasting for annual TPA revenue

    · Spearhead all team training on ACG pension systems

    • Overnight travel possible, but very infrequent

    Exempt position. Telecommuting not available
