What We’re Looking For:

As the Director of Texas Real Estate, you will rapidly grow our supply of profitable Domio properties by fostering relationships with owners and developers on-the-ground to create customized boutique hotels through master leasing either partial or full buildings. You will also work with our partners to analyze structures for compliance with local requirements and support closing by expediting any regulatory approvals.

At Domio You Will:

  • Work with the Regional Head of Real Estate and Real Estate Investments Team at the NYC HQ to develop growth acquisition plans and strategies for your specific market
  • Develop and maintain a network of local real estate partners (owners, landlords, brokers, agents) to create a robust supply pipeline of immediate and development opportunities
  • Use local real estate knowledge to source property managers and real estate owners with suitable immediate leasing opportunities
  • Use local real estate knowledge to source developers and real estate owners with suitable development opportunities
  • Manage relationships with owners and developers with ongoing correspondence, lease compliance, and conversations of expansion opportunities
  • Become fluent in local public policy and existing short-term rental regulations to ensure compliance with the law
  • Cultivate positive community relations, while promoting the benefits of partnering with Domio
  • Coordinate regularly with the Regional Head of Real Estate and Real Estate Investments Team on market health, opportunities, and underwriting

Who You Are:

  • 4-6 years of experience with multifamily and commercial real estate, business development, or sales
  • Hospitality experience is a plus
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of clear communications and comfort speaking with people in-person, over the phone, and via email
  • Growth-oriented with a drive to exceed all goals
  • Be entrepreneurial – self-driven and motivated
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Work well with various teams to accomplish company goals
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
