The Director, Legal Counsel, reports to the SVP & General Counsel – Global Litigation, and will have responsibility for managing a large portfolio of all US antitrust litigation, compliance with the FTC Consent Decree, managing the Company’s relationship with the FTC, advising the US Generics business regarding antitrust issues and risks, and coordinating with the Intellectual Property team regarding any patent settlements.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Oversee and actively manage Company’s portfolio of US antitrust litigations.
  • Advise business regarding antitrust issues and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with the FTC Consent Decree and develop and implement associated global processes.
  • Ensure good relationship with the FTC.
  • Prepare training for business and others to ensure compliance with antitrust laws.
  • Implement processes to ensure compliance with antitrust laws.
  • Follow Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Other projects and duties as required/assigned.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from a nationally recognized and preferably top-ranked, ABA accredited law school.
  • Top academic credentials.
  • Admitted in good standing to the bar of at least one state and eligible for admission to the Pennsylvania bar as in-house counsel.
  • Minimum of 4 years of antitrust litigation experience, which experience should include at least 3 years of foundational training at an Am Law firm.
  • Reverse payment litigation
Desired
  • Experience in pharmaceutical antitrust litigation.
  • Trial experience.
