Overview
As a Business Manager on our Operations team, you will be accountable to assist in the delivery of projects within agreed scope, timelines and costs. Projects can include corporate strategy projects, operations improvement, organizational transformation as well as traditional development projects for Investment Banking Operations. Operations Reference Data Services (ORDS) is responsible for provision of operational support and management of Party (Client) and Instrument Reference data to facilitate KYC and enable client business and trading relationships and associated downstream processes including Regulatory and Tax obligations.

Your Role
What You’ll Do:
- Provide analysis expertise in Investment Banking and/or Financial Services Operations
- Responsible for monitoring departmental costs and liaising with the Global COO. Assist with data analysis and other special projects as assigned
- Collation, analysis and quality check of presentations made by department
- Interaction with senior managers and key stakeholders to drive prioritization
- Assist with the Mgmt. of the Vendor Risk Management (VRM) process for the department, owning within region
- Responsible for the activities of the BCM Coordinators of each business line in region, driving the Global BCP strategy across the organization
Skills You’ll Need:
- A proven track record of project management and delivery
- Proficiency with MS Office
- A professional, mature approach with high integrity on discreet matters
- Confident and able to successfully interact at senior levels across a number of stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to excel in a matrix structured working environment
