Currently seeking a compassionate and professional Assistant Director of Nursing to help manage the nursing department of a privately owned facility.The ideal candidate will be a RN (Registered Nurse) from an accredited school of nursing and have previous experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing:

• Provide leadership to assure compliance with local, state and federal regulations and nursing practice standards.
• Provide effective nurse management that assures utilization of personnel to best meet the needs of the people receiving support and services.

Requirements of the Assistant Director of Nursing

• Valid New Jersey RN license
• Must have Nurse Management experience
• Hands on experience in a Long Term Care setting
