Job Summary

We currently have a position open in our New York headquarters for a Senior Product Manager. This role provides comprehensive analysis, support and maintenance of our flagship REIT investment strategies currently offered in a broad range of vehicles, channels and markets. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as comprehensive subject matter expert and product advocate focused on US and Global REIT investment offerings
  • Close collaboration with investment, sales and marketing teams to develop compelling positioning for each strategy and ensure products are presented consistently and properly across all touchpoints
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and research, including detailed peer analysis for US MF, SICAV and Institutional products
  • Respond to inquiries from Senior Management, Sales, Investments, Operations as well as business partners across the organization
  • Develop core messaging and content for use in thought leadership, presentations, training materials and marketing campaigns
  • Ongoing review of investment strategies to ensure investment and pricing characteristics are competitive in marketplace
  • Support new product concept research and testing around new markets, channels and product innovation opportunities


Minimum Requirements

  • 10 years+ of investment-related experience. Prior Product Development, Product Management, Investment Management or Research experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CFA a plus
  • Strong investment knowledge; knowledge of REITs and/or listed Real Assets preferred
  • A leadership presence within the organization
  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve team objectives
  • Strong written, analytical and presentation skills. Attention to detail a must
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects on a timely basis
  • Proficiency with industry tools, such as Morningstar, Strategic Insight, eVestment preferred
  • FINRA series 7 license required or must be obtained
  • Minimal travel required
