Job Title: Vice President of Capital Markets

Role Summary: Raise equity for real estate acquisitions, developments and private equity funds

Overview: Sundance Bay, a national real estate investment company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, is looking for the right candidate to market, source, capitalize and manage equity investors for real estate acquisitions, developments and private equity funds. The company places $200M + of equity per year in multifamily and net lease assets and debt instruments and expects continued growth over the coming 5-10 years. The ideal location for the position is at headquarters in Salt Lake City, however, the San Diego office is also an option. This position will report directly to Matt Romney, President and Co-founder with primary responsibility for Capital Markets.

Qualifications: Qualified Candidates should have a minimum 5 years of experience in real estate finance or sales with a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). Computer literacy and MS Excel proficiency is required.
