Job Description:
- Responsible to gather requirements from business and prepare Product Design document.
- Required Kronos Project Manager who has strong knowledge and experience in Time.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IT and its impact on an organization.
- Strong knowledge of project management strategies, practices, and standards.
- Extensive leadership of large, complex projects and programs spanning multiple business lines.
- Strong results-oriented leadership and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated expertise working with all levels of employees, management, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills .
- Ability to lead others in a challenging environment.
- Ability to exercise initiative, produce desired results and achieve objectives .
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent relationship, team building and facilitation skills .
- Experience communicating with senior leadership at the C-suite level .
- Extensive experience managing budgets and vendors on complex projects.
