We are seeking a full-time site manager for a Section 8 apartment community for the elderly. The site manager supervises the maintenance staff and is responsible for the property’s day-to-day operations. The position reports directly to the assigned regional property manager but also communicates frequently with the site’s services coordinator and other staff within the management company. The site manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, quickly turning units, maintaining a waiting list for potential residents, tenant annual recertifications and resolving tenant concerns/disputes. Previous experience with HUD rental assistance is highly preferred.
The position requires 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8-5 with an hour lunch. Full-time personnel are eligible for health, dental and vision insurance, as well as 401K with company match and paid time off.
