Qualis Corporation is seeking a Senior Acquisition Manager to provide support to our Space and Missile Defense Command customer at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Headquarters in Arlington, VA.
Essential Functions
- Support the development of contract requirements packages.
- Conduct requirements analysis, research and data analysis, and compile data for presentation in charts, reports and other required methods.
- Develop and assist in acquisition planning, including scheduling step/actions and track to plan.
- Perform in a highly collaborative environment with government staff and senior officials.
- Participate in meetings, phone calls and briefings as directed by either the government.
- Prepare briefing and present recommendations to government senior officials.
Minimum Requirements
- Masterâs degree in a Management, Business, Engineering or related field.
- 12-15 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Operations Analyst.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with peers and senior government officials.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Operations Research and Analysis
- Scheduling expertise in Microsoft Project
- Science and Technology (S&T) project management
Travel
- Less than 10% travel requirement.
Security Clearance
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
