Sales/Project Managers

Ridge Top Exteriors has immediate opportunities for Sales/Project Managers in our West Allis location. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a positive, hard-working attitude and genuinely care about providing outstanding customer service. Strong time-management is a must as you will be in charge of your own schedule. We need people with excellent communication skills as you will represent Ridge Top to homeowners and present them with solutions to their problems with roofing, siding, gutters and windows.

Experience in sales or home exterior trades is helpful but not mandatory. We will train the right people with the above mentioned skillset.

You will be an employee of the company. Many competitors make their salespeople independent contractors, which means you are responsible for taxes, insurance, etc. With Ridge Top you have employee status. We provide insurance, 401(K) plan, company vehicle, company phone, computer & printer, and all marketing expenses.

LEADS! We are not looking to hire people just to canvass and knock doors whenever there is a hailstorm. Ridge Top invests in lead generation so we can provide our salespeople with good leads from people searching for the services you are selling. We are looking to hire more salespeople because our current full-time salespeople get so many leads that they don’t have enough time to get to everyone.

A huge competitive advantage in the storm environment. Ridge Top was selected to participate in multiple third party managed repair programs. What that means is insurance adjusters from American Family, Liberty Mutual, Farmers and more promote these programs to their insured when they are doing their adjustments. Interested homeowners will then have appointments set with Ridge Top Exteriors where we will be given the insurance paperwork in advance so we can go sign-up with the homeowner to do the work. You will be surprised with how easy it is to close these deals on your first appointment!
