    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and manage daily communication with our Production/Crew leads, the Resource Scheduler and all assinged clients – customer service and communication is IMPORTANT
    • Review data, manage and estimate projects to ensure all scope and work effort are captured and billed for.
    • Conform to necessary Servpro processes & procedures and continue to find process improvements.
    • Professionally interface with finance, sales/business development team, home & business owners, insurance companies & adjusters, Servpro corporate is also necessary.
    • Communicate and coordinate all vendors.
    • Ensure highest level of customer service by ensuring that all customer needs are met.
    • Keep management team apprised of key performance metrics
    • Be a problem-solver, NOT a ‘problem-finder’.

    KEY METRIC: Drive value and growth through active collaboration, management and process improvement.

    Results Expected:

    • Support a team-oriented work environment with a positive and optimistic attitude
    • Manage and complete project estimates using Xactimate estimating software (prior experience is desired)
    • Able to handle and manage multiple projects in different phases simultaneously EVERY day.
    • Maintain order during periods of high-volume and stress
    • Documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Manage timely internal and external communications
    • Ensure all jobs are completed while exceeding EVERY customer’s expectations.

    • MUST be able to work in a start-up environment… we are dynamic and focused on GROWTH.
    • Functional requirements: flexible, optimistic, strategic, good under pressure, computer-competent, fast typing (30wpm or better).

    An ideal candidate would be familiar with Servpro or similar industry. Have some background and knowledge in construction. Be computer literate: MS Office (especially Excel) Servpro’s DryBook, Servpro WorkCenter, Xactimate and Servpronet. These systems are not requirements, but highly desirable.
