HST Interior Elements is interested in finding a highly skilled and enthusiastic Project Manager to become part of our energetic and innovative Team in Nashville, TN.
Our Project Manager’s purpose is to manage and coordinate all activities involving jobs of sizable scope to ensure a successful completion. To review monitor and coordinate all production activities within the assigned Sales Team to ensure accuracy of order placement, installation and problem resolution in order to achieve final client acceptance and sign-off. To assist all members of the Sales Team as an expert in all administrative systems utilized by HST Interior Elements. The Project Manger should act as the “manager” of their individual Sales Team and work in concert with the department supervisor to ensure the Team is producing accurate and timely information.
Teamwork is an integral part of our company and should be a priority of the Project Manage as the leader of the project.
A Design degree and/or prior Commercial Furniture experience is required.
Project Management Duties/Skills:
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of Customer Service
- Attend client meetings alone or in concert with Salesperson
- Perform initial field dimensions of the job site
- Arrange and conduct meetings with the entire Team to discuss the scope of the project
- Communicate outcome of all pertinent meetings and conversations with client and vendors; in writing, to all Team members
- Address and resolve all issues pertaining to the project; provide solutions
- Generate and complete punch items
- Report maintenance
