Job Responsibilities: You will be the “Special Ops” person that the management team turns to for your “Ninja” skills, assisting with all needs pertaining to the day-to-day upkeep, physical maintenance, errands, assistance, organization and care of the environment as a key member of our Executive Management Support Team. Reporting directly to the partners and working directly other members of the Family Owned Business, especially the owners’ children, teaming daily with the Managing Partner of the business, with you taking on the details and tasks to free up the President and VP, you will be helping them focus to ensure that company is on track to meet its sales, business development, customer service, field production and financial goals. Pay raises, flexibility in your work hours, and perks will abound for the person who helps the big bosses around here. Hey, we suspect you just might enjoy this too much to call it “work”.

Qualifications: Poise, professional manner, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and confidentiality are a must. Proven personal assisting, meal prep/cooking/catering, cleaning/housekeeping, interior decorating/personal organizing acumen, special event coordination, scheduling assistance, (you’ve successfully managed some or all of these roles before, have proven life and work experience, and the more of these, the merrier.) It is a must that the applicant have experience working with children from elementary school and older. A High School Diploma is required. An Associates degree or career certificate in food service, restaurant or retail management, childcare work, hospitality management, or in Personal Organizing or Interior Decorating are also preferred. Equivalent, minimum four years of proven related work experience, along with specific, proven related skills, will also be strongly considered as an equivalent to degrees. Participation in our company Pizza Parties and our unlimited complimentary gourmet coffee bar use is entirely optional, however, both come highly recommended, trust us! Clearances for working in proximity to children will be a prerequisite for hire. We will provide clearance forms required and process them prior to your second interview. Working with children or in Assisting roles with children in proximity as previous life and/or work experience is necessary.

Tools: GSuite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Hangouts, Voice, GDrive). We’ll train on all of the above GSuite, Todoist, and a mobile phone with data plan and laptop will be provided for the role as well. The ability to learn new technology and software quickly, and patience to troubleshoot technical or network issues is a must. All supplies are provided here as well as mileage reimbursement for errands and all “special ops” assignments.

Job Type: Full-time, one candidate, Flexible Part-time, one candidate. The posted salary is a guideline, pay will be DOE and wages noted are to start with a 90 day evaluation and initial pay increase based upon merit. Help the big bosses be productive and rested, and raises will flow.
