We are looking for an experienced, dependable, business minded and customer service focused manager to lead our day to day operations. This role is the quarterback of our company, in charge of the full operations – sales, staffing, inventory, customer service, etc. This is mainly a REMOTE position, that will require travel to South Lyon, Michigan and the overall Metro Detroit area.

In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate, plus profit sharing bonuses quarterly. Expect, when fully staffed, to maintain a part-time (< 20 hours) per week. Although, this role is expected to service events when staffing challenges arise.

Qualifications you should have:

– A passion for customer service and great people skills
– Experience managing people and business
– Ability to work in fast paced environments – Events are fun, but can be unpredictable
– Interest in helping to grow a small business, and be rewarded for your efforts
– Excellent organization skills
– Great communication skills, both written and oral
– Well versed in email, text, and web-based work and communication

Job Types: Part-time, Commission

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
