Marketing Assistant and Project Manager

Contact New Prospects by telephone and document in Customer Relationship Management system.

Develop and Research new customers and markets.

Help engineers in preparation of new content for the company Website.

Helping customers that contact the office to engage an engineer to help them with their requirements.

Work with Design and Field Engineers to define the scope and budget for the project.

Help with recruiting Field Engineers to service the areas we provide service and populate the database of staff.

Provide support services to assign Engineers to projects in a Catastrophic Event such as a Hurricane to access damages

Prepare budget reviews with internal and external resources tallied to confirm the project is on budget. Quick books experience a plus.

Prepare photo reports and draft written reports from transcription for Engineer’s completion.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00 to $25.00 /hour

Experience:

• Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

• Associate (Preferred)
