FISHBOWL for QUICKBOOKS Manager

Looking for self-starter, accountable, results-oriented, positive personality to join a growing team. Must have a practical understanding of distribution center operations.

MUST HAVE have at least two (2) years hands-on experience in implementing, maintaining, and operating a Fishbowl system for a distribution center.

– Integration to EDI

– Add/modify/delete Vendors and Products

– Add/modify/delete Customers and Ship Tos

– Manually enter non-EDI purchases and sales

– End-to-end process audit of order-to-bill

This is not a “learn on the job” or trainee position. We need an experienced team member ready to go to work. This position will involve assisting with initial setup of Fishbowl and integration with EDI.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Distribution Center: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Fishbowl system: 2 years (Required)

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
