The executive assistant position requires someone to be able to perform a variety of duties, and must be able to handle many tasks at once. We are looking for someone who is capable of remembering appointments, answering & directing calls, providing basic company information, organizational skills, can read and write policies, MUST be able to compose letters, documents, and emails, know your way around excel, microsoft word, and be able to create forms and documents, comfortable performing clerical duties, taking memos, keeping inventory, maintaining files and confidentiality. You must also be able to read insurance VOB’s, think on your feet, and know what the CEO needs before he asks for it. We have many facilities, which will consist of doing an inspection at each facility with a checklist of what needs to be done. We offer many services to people whose confidentiality is required and very important. You must be confident in your skills and abilities to do this job. We hope to be able to add you to our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $30.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Executive Support: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Executive Assistant: 3 years (Required)
