Required
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 5 years of experience in business/systems analysis with a focus on web/internet projects.
- Strong experience capturing requirements for web application development specifically in EDI/cXML/XML transactions.
- Experience writing functional requirement specifications, writing use cases, test plans, and creating process flow diagrams.
- Project management experience.
- Quality assurance methodology.
- Think analytically, solve technical problems, and establish relationships across business and IT teams.
- Facilitation, presentation and communication skills
- The EDI/cXML Project Manager leads the consultation with customers and suppliers of e-Commerce “Trading Partners” to capture business objectives and processes, and communicates to contributors to ensure that applications accurately meet business users’ goals.
- The EDI/cXML Project Manager is the expert in the management of EDI/cXML applications and integration, and leads the development of enhancements.
- The EDI/cXML Project Manager is the primary liaison between Canteen, Canteen One and IT, and responsible for leading: business requirements, design solutions, development, and testing of innovative business solutions.
- Additionally, this position is the key driver to document business work flows, and configure application systems to match those work flows, and ensure a smooth “go live.”
