We are looking for a Training Director to design and oversee all learning and development programs within our organization. Training Director responsibilities include identifying training needs based on skills gap analysis, developing group and individual learning courses and managing the training budget. To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience organizing trainings and designing the educational curriculum. Ultimately, you will help us develop our employees’ skills in order to improve quality of work, productivity and retention.


Responsibilities:


Training

  • Roll out weekly chef specials sheets with menus and update IT
  • Develop the most intuitive and efficient training methods
  • Create and monitor usage of tools for operators to successfully train team (recipe books, training manuals, etc)
  • Create and Coordinate training updates
  • Keep Contact List Updated
  • Liaison between technology and operations.
  • Continued education programs
  • Update and Analyze Quarterly Menu P-Mix Reports and theoretical cost
  • Present thorough training seminars with Area Director and Chef
  • Oversee new store opening training schedules and execution
  • Implement communication to drive company culture
  • Complete Menu roll out workflow

Marketing

  • Coordinate marketing and POP rollouts
  • Update menus, catering cards, week chef specials
  • Special event roll outs
  • Menu Updates
  • Office Administration
  • Update and monitor Online menus
  • Back office training materials, contracts, etc organized and easily accessible to the appropriate parties
  • Gather appropriate materials to respond to unemployment and workers comp claims
  • Post Hiring Ads
  • Trainer Card Programming
  • Create Manager Emails and Manage Email Groups

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Training Director, Training Manager or similar role
  • In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching)
  • Experience organizing training activities in a corporate environment
  • Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
