DON NEEDED
A nursing home located in Nashville, TN area is seeking to hire an experienced full time Director of Nursing.
Duties Include: (but are not limited to)
Supervising all nursing staff in the facility
Development and implementation of nursing policy and procedures
Overseeing the hiring and continued employment of nursing staff
Ensuring there is adequate nursing staff, and that the staff’s skills remain current
Overseeing nursing employee conduct
Being knowledgeable of incidents at the facility
Assessing the health needs of each resident
Must have previous experience as a Director in Long Term Care and possess strong supervision and leadership skills.
The salary for this position depends on experience and qualifications.
