Panther Valley Golf and Country Club is looking for a Director of Membership to join the team.
This individual will develop and implement programs, projects and activities designed to increase and retain membership in the club. A key component of this position is member and public relations and the ability to effectively network and represent the Club in the local community. The individual in this role will interact with Members throughout all stages of their involvement in the club including recruitment, onboarding, account management, member communication, member events and annual renewals.
This candidate must be a self-starter, able to develop and work a marketing plan and to work independently as well as in a team effort with other departments within the Club.
Knowledge of Country Clubs and the Golf Industry is a plus!
