We are currently seeking Director of Community Relations to join our community’s leadership team.
Position Description: The Director of Community Relations is responsible for achieving maximum community occupancy by utilizing sales and marketing efforts as well as relationship management skills to generate new prospects and convert prospects into residents. This professional position must have the ability to show empathy, problem solve, and drive business.
Education/Training/ Experience: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) to five (5) years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in senior living or memory care. Must have schedule flexibility, access to an automobile during working hours, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
