2. Minimum three years in healthcare environment, specifically cardiac

5. Must have experience involved in insurance company or start up environment outside of a hospital setting OR involvement on the administrative side of hospital programs beyond floor management

4. The Director of Clinical Programs and Support provides clinical leadership and direct supervision of the clinical Navigation team.
5. The primary role of a Clinical Director is to manage, plan and execute on how services are delivered.
6. The Director’s team of Navigators serve the patients on behalf of the physicians and acts as the liaison between the physician practice groups and the organization.
7. This position directly supervises the clinical team, including navigators and care coordinators.
8. This position creates clinical guidelines and benchmarks for the clinical program, and supports and leads our staff to maintain positive relationships with all physician groups across the country.
