Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the resident’s rooms are in good repair, as well as ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment and help maintain the grounds
• Overseeing the Maintenance and Housekeeping department as well
• Develop the work schedules of the staff and inspect their work to make sure they are meeting the facility’s cleanliness expectations.
• Make sure that the staff complies with infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Candidates for this position should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Director within a Healthcare setting
• Excellent communication skills, be personable
• Able to multi-task very well

Salary: Based in experience
