Qualifications of the Director of Admissions:

• Must have 5 years of long term care experience
• Must have experience as an Admissions Director
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Must be self-driven with business development goals and ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes
• Possess excellent sales and marketing, communication, time management and organizational skills and a great personality
