Full Job Description
Job Summary: Integrity Communications and Solutions, Inc is seeking a full-time Customer Service/Project Manager in Hudson, WI. ICS is searching for a highly motivated and dependable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Employee will assist in preparing work requests, keep clients informed on job status, and find new technicians. The position will be 8 am â 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with some on-call duties after hours and on weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compose work orders and assign to appropriate vendor
- Ensure that all work requests are completed in a timely manner
- Communicate with client base on status of work orders
- Maintain written records of all work orders in database
- Review work orders on a regular basis and update status
- Conduct research to find new technicians in necessary areas
- Establish and maintain rapport with client base
- Perform administrative duties
- Assist in composing quotes/estimates for clients as requested
- Perform other related duties as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, and Internet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Typing/computer processing skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to establish priorities and multi-task
Credentials and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree and Technical Background preferred, but not required.
