Job Summary: Integrity Communications and Solutions, Inc is seeking a full-time Customer Service/Project Manager in Hudson, WI. ICS is searching for a highly motivated and dependable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Employee will assist in preparing work requests, keep clients informed on job status, and find new technicians. The position will be 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with some on-call duties after hours and on weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compose work orders and assign to appropriate vendor
  • Ensure that all work requests are completed in a timely manner
  • Communicate with client base on status of work orders
  • Maintain written records of all work orders in database
  • Review work orders on a regular basis and update status
  • Conduct research to find new technicians in necessary areas
  • Establish and maintain rapport with client base
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Assist in composing quotes/estimates for clients as requested
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, and Internet.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Typing/computer processing skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and multi-task

Credentials and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree and Technical Background preferred, but not required.
