Child Care Center – Director

Creative Minds Child Care is hiring Center Director for a center serving ages 12 weeks to 5 years old. Director must meet the DC OSSE qualification. Must have experience working in management role in child care. The role consist of the following task:
– Communicate with parents
– Manage staff
– Recruit & train staff
– Work with staff on performance issues and developmental goals
– Manage physical condition of the building and manage resources/budget
– Manage all required documents for staff and students
– Ensure facility meets all state & local requirements
– Ensure the center is in compliance with all federal and state laws
– Respond and follow up on all enrollment inquiries
– Gives tours of center to prospective parents
– Plan Center activities such as staff meetings, meet and greet, open house, etc.
