    • Serve as the leader and voice of the organization
    • Develop and implement a communication strategy
    • Utilize media, social media, and other communication platforms
    • Interact with political partners, advocacy organizations, and industry groups
    • Staff Management
    • Hire, motivate, develop, and retain the best and brightest talent
    • Monitor team member goals and hold accountable
    • Manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration
    • Expert in the HR & Staffing Business
