BDC Director

Precision Acura of Princeton is looking for a full-time professional who is web marketing-savvy to manage our Internet Department. This is a career opportunity for someone who is outgoing, able to direct a team, possess time-management skills and is self-motivated. This management position will be responsible for generating vehicle sales through the BDC and all related e-commerce marketing.

Job Responsibilities for our Automotive Internet Manager:

• Responsible for directing Internet team and BDC team

• Creating, monitoring and maximizing effective e-commerce related initiatives utilizing the given budget.

• Must be able to coach, motivate and train staff effectively

• Communicate effectively with Internet staff and other department employees

• Develop proficient use of CRM (customer relationship management) software

• Establish daily goals and objectives for Internet staff

• Create campaigns to develop new customers

• Placing phone calls to current customers and potential leads

• Identify the customer’s needs and schedule appointments

• Experience creating organic posts, deploying, monitoring and managing social media and social media ads on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

• Assist with creation, writing, and maintenance of communications such as social media, email templates, and other company related marketing materials (flyers) for customer and recruiting campaigns

Job Requirements for our Automotive Internet Manager:

• Internet Manager or related field background

• Dependable and reliable

• Strong leadership, organization and time management skills

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to meet or exceed performance targets set by management

• High school graduate
