Job Description

Coil Construction is searching for a full-time Assistant Project Manager with 2-5 years of experience in the construction industry. Coil Construction is a commercial general contractor located in Columbia, Missouri, specializing in design/build and construction management projects for retail, industrial, institutional, and professional office buildings, ranging in project size from $1M to $20M.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Qualifying subcontractors and distributing bid documents

· Reviewing subcontractor bid proposals for completeness

· Preparing subcontractor agreements, change orders, and purchase orders for vendors

· Reviewing product submittals for adherence to the construction documents and coordination of material orders

· Coordination with City Officials to obtain Building Permits, Business Licenses, and Certificates of Occupancy

· Assist project managers in managing project budget and schedule
