- Must be knowledgeable in cabinets and millwork for the commercial industry (Medical & TI). Experience in doors, frames and hardware is a plus.
- Must have knowledge and understand the Woodwork Institute and NAAWS book. Have an understanding of lean manufacturing/5-S.
- Must have extensive computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of AutoCAD and ShopPAK is a plus.
- Highly Motivated and has a passion to exceed customer expectations on a daily basis. Get it done now attitude, not wait until tomorrow attitude.
- Must be a hard worker and have a team player mentality. Getting along with coworkers is mandatory.
