Reporting to the Director of Social Media, the Social Media Marketing and Digital Analytics Manager develops and implements University Communications? paid social media campaigns and other department marketing efforts, as well as tracks, analyzes and prepares digital analytics reports for social media and other University Communications digital spaces, such as websites. The selected candidate will also help develop strategic communications plans for social media, draft daily social media copy, coordinate social media outreach efforts, provide counsel to communicators in various schools and units, and assist with social media listening. He or she should demonstrate a strong command of social media best practices, social media applications, marketing techniques, digital analytics, content creation, and media and influencer relations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
