    TriOrb Solutions is currently seeking a Contracts Manager. This position requires specialized knowledge and experience in negotiating and managing Government contracts and subcontracts, recognizing contractual issues and recommending solutions. The employee must have strong contracts management experience, including experience working with FAR and DFARS terms, processes and principles. The candidate must be a team player and work directly with customers, program managers, and departments to support and execute the overall contracting process from formation through closeout. It would be nice to find an individual with experience working contracts with the Veteran Affairs.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Manages contract activities to ensure that assigned proposals and contracts with the US Government and other customers are in compliance with all requirements.
    • Provides the customer 1) receiving contracts, contract changes and notification and 2) issuing the Government contract status, including contract or pricing information, schedule, and performance data for OTS contracts.
    • Negotiates, supports, fact-finds, and audits contract and proposal activities.
    • Monitors all program changes to ensure contract compliance and/or contract renegotiations are addressed.
    • Prepares and/or provides ad hoc reports for executive management use.
    • Identifies billable events and ensures timely invoicing.
    • Monitors invoice payments and supports timely payment of invoices.
    • Reviews new contracts and contract change orders for conformity to proposal requirement; Responsible to resolve any discrepancies; executes acknowledgement and all associated documentation.
    • Enters new contracts and contract change orders into CRM/Project Management software; executes all associated documentation.
    • Monitors contract performance

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelors degree and 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
