Key responsibilities include:
- Develops and executes strategic plans for each assigned location that lead to meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Retains top talent by providing regular, informal feedback, coaching and mentoring, and via formal annual performance reviews
- Authors and modifies SOPs that support the Company’s goals
- Upholds a mindset of personal/professional development, continuous learning, and excellence

Minimum Education and Experience
- 3 years of multi-location dental practice supervision required
- Bachelor’s Degree
