Under general supervision, assists in the delivery of a small project. Conducts research and analysis and works with stakeholders to assist in building business cases (including quantifying cost and potential benefits, establishing documentation of issues and potential risks). Assists in developing recommendations for presentation to management. Works with project teams to identify solutions to business issues. With guidance, leads discrete tasks within a project work stream. Maintains project documentation and assists with issue resolution and efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures for the assigned business areas. Has a basic understanding of project planning and execution methodologies. May assist in the facilitation of meetings and communication of results to project team and management. Comfortable presenting to a group of peers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of Project Management Experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Has a basic understanding of project planning and execution methodologies.
  • Proficient in Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Work Front and Percolate project management software.
  • Experience working in collaborative team environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, time management skills and detail oriented.
  • Experience presenting to groups.
