Job Requirements Include: (but not limited to)

· Maintaining customer records, surveys and policy documents.

· Responsible for interfacing with our customer on matters such as (but not limited to) product information, inquiries, order handling and customer feedback

· Reporting / Recording / Logging information into spreadsheets, ERP, web portals.

· Filing, both electronic and physical folders and information

· Back up other Project Managers as needed

· Work closely with outside sales.

o Assist with prospects and customers to assure excellent customer experience.

· Communicate with / follow up with customers and prospects regularly

· Prepare / submit quotations / orders

· Complete ISO9001 paperwork and requirements

· Answering phone and speaking with customers / prospects

· Responsible for identifying and communicating to Shipping Department and Manufacturing Groups, customers’ packaging and shipping requirements.

· Set up for your customer/prospect visits. Including (but not limited to) making coffee, procuring and presenting food / beverages, making copies, getting necessary things prepared and organized for successful event. Clean up after event.

· Learning and using ERP system.

· Learning and using CRM and Constant Contact.

· Assisting Quality with documentation updates and templates for Project Management / Customer Service processes and procedures

· May assist Purchasing with logging information into ERP, researching information on web tools, updating spreadsheets, updating folders, and calling suppliers.

Qualifications / Skills:

· High School Diploma / GED

o Degree preferred but not required

· Experience in a Project Management environment preferred but not required

o Electronics Industry experience preferred but not required

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Attention to Detail / Must be Highly Organized

· Microsoft Office Proficient – Word, EXCEL

· Take initiative to perform tasks, seek opportunities to improve customer experience

· Proficient Keyboard Skills / Low Error

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Able to work well with all personality types

· Ability to multi-task and adapt to change with a positive outlook.

· Excellent time management and ability to be on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour

Job Duties:
