Project Manager

Ooma is seeking a self-motivated Project Manager who will work directly for the VP Customer Service. This person is responsible in ensuring all aspects of each project is on track and completed on time.

Job Responsibilities:

· Meet with management team and document details for each project

· Create detailed project plan to be shared with management and other staff members

· Track activity and performance of each project

· Communicate project milestones to senior team members and clients

· Lead and guide process flows/procedural hand-offs for each project with cross-functional internal teams

Required Experience & Qualifications:

· 5-7 years’ experience in project management (VoIP experience preferred but not required)

· Working knowledge of Excel as well as other collaborative tools

· Experience with process improvement a plus

· Excellent organizational skills and follow up

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Must be dependable and show ownership to the job

· Pleasant demeanor and able to work with many levels of employees
