Our busy, client focused Land Surveying office needs a reliable, assertive, confident, well organized project manager to handle day to day operations with a focus on customer experience, efficiency and time management.
Job Summary
Effectively manage companyâs land surveying projects with focus on our clients first and assist in supporting field operations.
Responsibilities
- Handling calls, emails and in-person interactions with clients. Customer service, organization and communication skills are key to be successful in this position.
- Responsible for administrative duties, scheduling and getting projects ready for the crews including preparation of appropriate documents needed to complete the work in field.
- Interact with field crews and field manager in all efforts to move projects forward efficiently.
- Assist in automation and evolvement in digital environment.
- Manage employee schedules and time spent on each project and ensure jobs are completed on time and within budgetary constraints.
- Procure materials and file documents once the job is completed.
- Handle our marketing efforts to procure new clients
Requirements
- 2 years experience in project management in surveying, engineering or construction industry. (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook. (required)
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks
- Have positive attitude, confidence, assertiveness and is ready to be a part of a great team
