About Us

TopView Sightseeing is a New York-based double-decker bus company offering a variety of sightseeing tours by bus, bike, and boat. Our growing team of native local experts serves over 1,500 customers daily.

The Role

The Partnership Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing new partnerships while managing and retaining existing partnerships. The primary focus on this role is to be the main point of contact for new and existing partners while generating new revenue streams.

This is a uniquely exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced growing company. Building new accounts and maintaining relationships with partners.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and within the tourism industry.

The role is based in Manhattan and reports to the Sr. Director of Business Development.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new partners
  • Provide superior customer experience to partners and prospects
  • Retain and grow partnerships through constant communication and new ideas for sales promotions
  • Develop strong partnerships relationships via sales calls and site visits
  • Manage and review partner performance.
  • Generating sales and performance reports
  • Establish partners KPI’s
  • Respond on timely manner call, inquiries, and emails internal and external
  • Attend networking events and trade shows (domestic and international)
  • Non- traditional hours when necessary (nights, weekends & Holidays)
  • The successful candidate will be willing to dive into a very dynamic working environment, taking on a variety of tasks wherever needed
  • Representing TopView and associated brands in industry events

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • The applicant will have a strong track record of successful sales experience in the tourism industry
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced work environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience working in the tourism industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills customer-focused with a professional phone manner and ability to interact with a diversity of clients
  • Punctual and practical
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Flexible willing to adapt to different working styles and multi-task
  • High proficiency working with Excel, Google Sheet and CRM Platforms.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must pass initial training and probation period.
  • Must pass pre-placement screenings.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.

Compensation:

Base salary + commission
