Responsibilities

External Marketing

· Document ongoing construction projects using different platforms

· Implement creative video strategies

· Maintain external reviews and testimonials

· Spearhead all external marketing efforts

· Build robust community of engaged followers

· Managing social media presence and performance

· creating content and writing copy that delivers a consistent message and voice throughout the seller’s journey

Internal Marketing

· Handle all internal marketing items (business cards, flyers, branded items)

· Educate and help build internal employee’s online brands and online presence

· Create engaging video content to use in the sales process

Background & Education

Education: bachelor’s degree preferred

Skills / Background:

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment to plan, prioritize and delegate work effectively

· Excel at cross-group collaboration with excellent follow through capability

· Ability to build a relationship with key internal employees

· A passion for marketing and a desire to stay in front of trends shaping the business

· Strong project management skills and detail-oriented mindset

· Highly adaptable and flexible, while demonstrating strong time-management skills – proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities seamlessly within a fast-paced environment

· Ability to synthesize and interpret information, communicate actionable insights, and develop a medium-and long-term marketing plan based on those insights

Minimum Years’ Experience: 2 + years of experience in a related field
