Marketing Director

Digestive Care Center is the region’s largest medical practice dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases and illnesses. We currently have an opening for a Marketing Director to join our organization.

Responsibilities include:

· Develop and maintain professional relationships with medical referral sources and local organizations including routine or follow-up visits, emails, phone calls and health fairs to facilitate business growth

· Create and execute marketing, advertising and promotional initiatives

· Manage Public Relations and position the organization prominently within the community

· Support and promote a positive image of the organization

· Manage marketing budget

· Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all organization publications and materials

· Monitor, measure and report on marketing activity and results

· Coordinate corporate event planning

· Maintain company website and social media presence

· Oversee activities of vendors including ad agencies and media vendors

· Serves as a member of the Colon Screening for Life committee

Education/Skills/Competencies

· Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, health care or a business related field preferred

· Experience in and knowledge of the health care field desired

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Exceptional sales and customer service skills

· Initiative and drive to succeed

· Work collaboratively with others and support efforts of team members

· Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe applications as well as social media platforms

· Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data

· Demonstrate exceptional customer service and interact effectively with physicians, staff, patients and the broader health care community
