    We are looking for an outstanding Managing Director, Business Development to join our growing team in order to help us build a better GolfShire Homes. It all begins with hiring and cultivating outstanding talent—which begins with you.

    The Managing Director, Business Development plays a key role in implementing strategies, goals and objectives to achieve GolfShire Homes’s overall corporate vision with a specific focus on Business Development. As Managing Director, Business Development you will lead our team of Regional Directors to ensure the brokerage runs cohesively across markets and achieves growth milestones in a timely and professional manner.

    PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

    • Managing a team of Regional Directors of Business Development;
    • Recruiting and training productive Regional Directors; Implementing a performance-based training culture;
    • Developing and implementing creative solutions to expand the business;
    • Driving growth of all ancillary revenue categories to maximize company profitability;
    • Being on-call for all Regional Directors to consult on client strategy and transactions;
    • Produce results: we’re looking for someone who is goal-oriented, up for a challenge, driven by delighting clients

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

    • 15+ years experience managing real estate brokers
    • In-depth knowledge of real estate transactions
    • Experience working in a fast-paced high growth environment
    • Ability to recruit, develop and retain a high performing team
    • Ability to drive accountability among direct reports (Regional Directors)
    • Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Likable, passionate about growing the game of golf solutions-oriented, passionate about people, excellent at recognizing and developing talent
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent work experience
    • Active real estate license NOT required
